James is a Director of Genesis Ireland. He has been a strategy consultant for over eight years, based mostly in London with Marakon Associates, and working also with Andersen and Deloitte Consulting in Dublin.

As a consultant, James has worked with senior teams at blue-chip institutions across Ireland, the UK, the USA and Asia, leading engagements to drive performance through strategic and organizational change. His industry experience includes Financial Services, Real Estate, Telecoms, FMCG, Retail and Information & Media.

James has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University College, Dublin and an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
