Fiona is Director of Leadership and Organisation Development. An HR and OD professional with more than 20 years’ experience, Fiona has a reputation for delivering strategic change and bottom-line impact.  

Prior to joining the Genesis team in 2007, Fiona held senior positions in NEC, Motorola and RBS Group before moving into consultancy in 2005. She believes that leaders and teams have infinitely more capability and capacity than they know. Her talent as a consultant and coach is now focused on supporting clients to realise that potential.

Fiona holds an MA (hons) and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh and is a Fellow of the CIPD.  She also serves as Chair of WIBF (Scotland), a leading financial services professional development organisation.
