Brian is director with Genesis and a senior business consultant. His expertise lies in strategy, technology and process improvement.

He spent six years in the Business Process division of Arthur Andersen Business Consulting during the early nineties where he was involved in many process re-engineering and advanced technology projects.

He was then Head of Strategic Change at Scottish Widows responsible for technology architecture and alignment between business areas and the IT division. Brian was a member of the technology steering group that successfully designed and implemented the post-acquisition integration of Scottish Widows and Lloyds TSB business processes and technology infrastructure.

Most recently, Brian spent four years working with renowned business guru Gary Hamel at his consulting company in Chicago and London. This included a range of international strategy projects in Europe, Australia and North America.
