Brian is Consulting Director of the Genesis Culture, Sport and Lifestyle division mainly working with the public and voluntary sector in England and Wales. 

He has extensive experience in public sector culture and leisure management following twenty five years experience in a number of local authorities in Scotland and England with over fifteen years at Corporate Director level.
 
Brian specialises in working with clients on strategy development and implementation with a particular focus on performance improvement through the deployment of a range of quality systems.
 
Brian has a first class B.Ed (Hons) degree and an MSc in Total Quality Management from Sheffield Business School.
