Sheila’s main area of consultancy is sport, particularly performance planning and evaluation, strategy development and organisational change. Since joining Genesis in 1999, she has worked with National Governing Bodies of Sport, Local Authorities and Sports Councils in the United Kingdom and Ireland as they seek to move with a rapidly changing world. She has supported the leadership development of both individuals and organisations and has a particular skill in all aspects of consultation and analysis.

Her background is in education, where her career culminated in senior management with responsibility for the overall management of the school and its staff, including the school development plan.
