Lesleyann is Principal Consultant for Genesis specialising in strategy, organisational change and leadership.

Prior to moving to Genesis Lesleyann had 17 years experience of working in the financial services sector, the last 10 of these with Zurich Financial Services.  She has held a number of functional roles in risk management, underwriting and account management before moving on to take a number of executive level projects including “Creating Underwriting Excellence” and organisational change.

Lesleyann holds a BSc (Hons) in Maths and Engineering and is currently completing an MBA at Strathclyde University with a research specialism in public sector leadership.
