Kate Boxer joins James Melville in the new division of Genesis Partnerships as a Partnership Consultant, based in London. Kate brings experience in the sponsorship industry from her previous work for the European Sponsorship Association, the trade association for the sponsorship industry in Europe. She works with James on developing sponsorship and partnership marketing strategies for rights holders, businesses and brands in the public and private sectors.

Kate holds both a BSc (Hons) in Immunology from the University of Edinburgh, and an MSc in Sports Studies from the University of Stirling, her dissertation focusing on Organisational Development.

Kate is Captain of the Scotland Senior Women’s National Lacrosse Squad, and is part of the training squad working towards the IFWLA World Cup which will be held in Prague in June 2009. Kate works closely with Lacrosse Scotland, the governing body in Scotland, as the Director of Women’s Performance, to develop the sport in Scotland from grassroots to elite standard.
