Roger and Boudewijn are Research Associates with whom Genesis regularly works to ensure we keep abreast of global best practice in the field of organisation and individual performance improvement. They are attached to the Economics Faculty of the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, which is one of Europe’s top institutions in this field.

Each year they visit organisations in Europe, the USA and the Far East who are leading edge in this field, to study how they are continuing to improve their performance. In addition, they have worked with a wide variety of public and private organisations including Agfa Gevaert, Alcatel, Canon Europe, IBM Europe, Philips International and PPT Post.
