Fiona is a senior associate with Genesis specialising in strategic planning and organisational development. Over 25 years experience in the leisure industry make Fiona an invaluable asset to the Genesis Culture, Sport and Leisure team.

She has held previous posts as a Management Development Consultant with Edinburgh Leisure, Senior Lecturer in Sport and Recreation management at The University of Edinburgh and Managing Director of Swimming Nature Ltd. She is also a Fellow and past President of the Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management.

Fiona has an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and a PhD in Leisure Policy and Management from the University of Stirling.
