Diane Atkinson has worked in international people development consultancy for more than 18 years. Her global experience with Senior Management, Manufacturing, Technical, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Organisational Development functions from strategy through to implementation has involved: training needs analysis, designing of management development initiatives, developing processes and tools, delivering interventions and evaluating the success of the projects.
With a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Design, she has fully dedicated her professional and personal life to continuous development. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Having lived and worked in the US, Germany, Japan and the UK, she recognizes the importance of diversity and is skilled at establishing and leading teams from a variety of cultures. She can very quickly understand/adapt to a new “environment” and “pick up and run” with a project.
